Good Luck on your endeavour SAV. I have offered Orca bonuses (my two hulks mining away as well) to newbies on many occassions in Hisec belts and grav belts I scan out, but to no avail. ZERO takers! Not sure why I bother anumore so do not be disull...

Once you complete mission objective as indicate on conversation with agent, teh npc's and asteroids will not respawn post d/t. Avoid popping the objective aand you should be able to farm the npc's and mine the asteroids for around 7 days.
